Michaels/Hart shoot fight

The patch that came out was at the front to the side, if you ever notice when michaels has his hair tied back the front right side i think doesn't match with the left so he has hair sorta pushed to the side to cover it.

You can see it a bit in that pic, he has hair brushed down to cover part of the front at the right.

He mentions it in the shoot interview thats on youtube.
