I just officially purchased the show (in HD ). It looks like I'll have about 14 people over here. Some are huge wrestling fans, some have only a mild interest, but we're gonna have a blast regardless. Threw some dishes in and I have a bit more cleaning to do, but that should help pass the time. Edge hits a spear for a close 2 count. Edge hits another spear Jericho gets a leg on the ropes. Edge hits a third spear and Jericho falls to the outside. Edge goes for a fourth spear and gets hit with the code breaker and Jericho wins.

For the Unified Tag Team Championship
ShowMiz (c) v. John Morrison & Ron Killings
ShoMiz wins clean with a knockout punch.

Triple Threat Match
Cody Rhodes v. Randy Orton v. Ted DiBiase
Randy Orton wins pinning Ted DiBiase. After the match Randy Orton sets up for the punt but is stopped by Cody who instead attacks Ted on his own. After he's done beating down Ted he raises Randy Orton's hand and it turns out they were working together all along. Then Randy Orton RKO's Cody and it turns out they weren't working together.

I think the results of Cena/Batista is entirely dependent on its place on the card. If it's on in the middle of the card Batista wins. If its on at the end of the show Cena wins.

This is very true. I also think the World Title match be influenced by the result of Cena/Batista. If Cena wins, Jericho retains. If Batista retains, Edge wins.

GOD DAMN I fucking hate Comcast.

Apparently my area no longer carries the two PPVHD stations that would show Mania. So I have to watch on shitty standard definition where my entire screen won't even be utilized. Was on the phone for 30 minutes hoping it was some kind of system fuck-up but apparently not.

Hopefully this show lives up to the hype after all this hassle.

I just don't see that working as a close for Mania unless something big happens that leads to the loss. I think a standing ovation/HBK lovefest is more likely.

This is the first Wrestlemania I've consider ordering. I really would like to see Bret wrestle, and I'm sure the HBK/Undertaker match will also make me feel young again. I even went to the point of looking up how to order Wrestlemania. Then I saw the price. 54.95!? No thanks.
