Definitely! And he was a much better ATHLETE and PERFORMER IN THE RING than Flair ever was.

He was also hurt and not wrestling for the 2nd half of the Monday Night Wars but to his credit he staid with the company during their worst period (1995-1996ish) when everyone else left or wasn't ready to be pushed to main event.
