Honestly, I'm not even surprised by split crowd reactions anymore. This is happening all the time now in both TNA and WWE. In today's era of wrestling, people just choose who they want, heel or face.

I just hope they don't forget about Pope and basically make him an aimless mid carder. They should probably build Pope to win the title against someone at Bound for Glory.
