According to Jon Heyman, it's Edinson Volquez. 50 games for PED use.

But he gets to serve it while he's on the DL so essentially he's just losing 50 games worth of pay. They should make him wait to serve it til he comes off the DL. Not right.

Is this the way it works? You would think there'd be something in place where the player couldn't serve his suspension while he's on the DL and not able to play anyway.
