DISCUSSION - Some Thoughts about Benoit, HBK, Val Venis, Christian, and Too Cool

No more Canada vs USA stuff, it doesn't work, hasn't worked since Bret, wont work again, look forward people, not backwards.

Anyway, I think it makes sense to turn HBK at this point, the question is how do they get there and why is he going to turn? They need to come up with solid answers to these questions in order to make it effective.

HBK-Edge seems like a logical feud in the near future. Too bad HBK can feud with Christian though. Of course Edge/JEricho vs Christian/HBK would be some good stuff as well.

Speaking of Christian, I'd rather see him stay away from Orton, so he doesn't have to play second fiddle. First, I think that spot should be used for someone else who needs the spot to get over, and second I think Christian should be his own man.

Val is a goner. They basically had him using his real name, but they never gave him anything worthwhile to do. He can get over as a serious wrestler named Val Venis, which was the case at the peak of his career (IC title feud with Rikishi). However at this point, I feel he's one of those guys who the fans have seen get beat so much that they just dont take him seriously as a threat to anyone.

Too Cool reunion as heels, damn thats a bad idea. Riksihi and Scotty need to be faces, they kinda suck, but they are great as opening card acts on house shows to get the people going. I really hate GMS, so adding him to anything will make it suck even more.

One reason why I'd prefer Christian over someone else (i.e. Maven) in Evolution, is to keep Evolution as an 'elitist' stable. If Evolution is inevitably going to replace Triple H with someone, then that guy better have some credentials! Shelton Benjamin may be a decent pic as well.

True, but the WWE keep hanging on to these guys. I mean seriously - why do they still keep Test, Val Venis, A-Train, etc. employed? Do up-and-comers actually 'get over' by beating these guys?

Meh - I agree. I figured that if a heel turn could revive the STALE Dudleys, then maybe it could work for Too Cool. Dudleys were also a great opening act for House Shows, but the WWE turned them.
