In most all the years Kobe won a championship with the Lakers, he had an All-Star team backing him up. The Cavs right now consists of one extremely good player and a bunch of average players working together perfectly.

Kobe is an extremely good player but it seems you could put Lebron on just about any team and they are instantly playoff capable.

Exactly. If Lebron's team mates don't step up and help him win a title, they'll keep floundering in the post season. No one wins a championship alone.
