Think about it - Benoit won the Royal Rumble, and came to Raw to CHALLENGE Raw's World title holder. Even though this loophole exists, is says NOTHING about a wrestler being allowed to permanently defect. Benoit was only allowed on Raw due to him being #1 contender, and then Raw champion. Should the WWE bring something like this up? (I know it sounds 'lame', but it also serves as a pretext in bringing Benoit back to Smackdown.......a time when Smackdown needs some of its former top talent back).
