I'm thinking that the day after Benoit loses the title at a PPV(via screwjob), he can come out on RAW the next day and demand a rematch. Kurt Angle's music then hits, and he can come to the ring and explain to Benoit that he's CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED to go back to Smackdown........since his stay on Raw was only allowed due to him being #1 contender and then World Champ.

Yeah, and then when he's back on Smackdown he could complain about being dragged back even when he would win the next match. They could then do an angle in which he would have to fight for his right to leave Smackdown.

Kinda like the angle in which they guy has to win to keep his job, but with that difference of allowing him go to Raw.
