Yeah, I don't buy Selig's argument that "it would set a bad precedent"

No it wouldn't. An unprecedented circumstance deserves an unprecedented decision.

But whatever. Either way, he will be brought up every time a perfect game is thrown "and so and so has thrown the 21st perfect game in MLB history...although some would say 22nd"

Today the section I sat in was 100% Reds fans. One of the most obnoxious fanbases I have encountered so far, which was not I expected from Cincinnati. Apparently the 10 rows of people in front of me were this fan group called the "Rosey Reds" which were just old people and girls who were way too obsessed with the team, like taking 20 pictures of every player they had. But it was the people behind me who were just loud and obnoxious, especially when Adam Dunn came to the plate, they were booing throughout the at-bat, then he got two hits and they shut up until he struck out which was like the second coming of Christ to them. You could probably hear them on TV. Anyway the fucking Nationals beat the Reds which was hilarious. Poor showing Reds fans

Another great Dodgers Braves game tonight. Injuries are slowly starting to catch up with the Braves, and not having Saito late in the game will probably cost us a few. Braves kept it close, and have our best starters for the rest of the series.

And Heyward with the Platinum Sombrero. Oh well.

Sorry about that. Hate Reds fans who hate Dunn because they don't understand baseball.

The Rosey Reds are usually pretty good though. Back when they played at Crosley Field the ladies would bake cakes for players on their birthdays. But that was 50 years ago.

NL record is held by that recently dead pitcher with the really hot wife @ 48 back in 2000, AL/MLB record is 50 by Bert Blyleven in 1986.

Demptser has only given up 10 through 11 starts so he wont even come close. Lima had given up 22 in his first 11 starts and Blyleven had given up 19 through 11.

Ive never seen a ball hit within a few inches of the foul pole to the left and land directly behind the foul pole before, until tonight. Thankfully it was called a foul ball even after video review.

Despite the fact that he's playing in games, the team isn't expecting him back until after the All-Star Break.
