Whoever is the next manager (if there is going to be a next one soon) should, IMO have prem experience.
Looking at the last lot of managers, none of them have manager in the prem or know the style that suits those players before they come in.
My shortlist would be:
Hodgson
Redknapp
O'Neil
Any of those guys know English football inside out, know the players already and what they are capable of and have that passion that's been missing from our team since the 90's
