I think they could have certainly done better than Titus O'Neil when picking guys to come up from FCW. I think they really just wanted a 2nd black guy. Guess Big E Langston or Cable Jones weren't sufficient.

I liked Titus' interactions with Zack, as brief as they were, and I thought his promos improved after the first week. Give him another year in development and I think he might really be able to make it in WWE.

After seeing his exit promo, I could see him working as a twisted motivational speaker with a huge ego who thinks he's better than everyone. He'd have to be able to psycho it up a little, though. Maybe he loses by DQ then grabs the ref by the shirt and start screaming "MAKE IT A WIN! "
