They could even play on the real life element of this, and have Drew and Wade appear side by side, and complain about the poor management of WWE allowing thier visas to expire. Barrett goes on about how, they KNEW about his visa going, but, they chose to let it slide, because they feared what the Nexus was gonna do, and hoped that without his direction, they'd crumble slowly...

It still counts as him working though if he appears on the show which he can't do at the minute due to the visa issue.
