idk if its just me but Cena & Morrison are terrible.

John Cena for one is definately NOT terrible on the microphone. In fact I find him to be quite good. He is just under the restraints of his character and the way in which the company's direction is.

As for who is terrible... thats a big list... better to pick who is good on the microphone, and whoever isn't mentioned... well its because they probably suck

I'm not sure that's fair. You don't have to be The Rock to be considered good/decent on the mic.
