Let me answer more seriously and in depth.

If it was me in his position, I'm pretty sure I would be bored of playing the same bland direction-less one dimensional character. But as Destor said, we aren't the target demo.

Back in the day, I used to be so sucked in by what Hogan did and said. But when you look back at it now, it's so cheesy, and one dimensional as Cena. The old lather, rinse, repeat promo of "*insert heel name here*, you can't disrespect my fans or this company like that, I'll teach you on behalf of the Hulkamaniacs/ Cenation/ WWE Universe!". It works for the kids, and the kids cheer him. So in that light, his job is pretty rewarding.

And as I previously mentioned, even if he is sick of his character, I'm sure the amount of money gets is worth it.
