Are you seriously suggesting that Flair and Austin are not technically decent?!?!? Seriously?

It's not about being a sound technical wrestler. It's about having the ability to make me care about what's happening in the match. Miz just doesn't do that for me.

Benoit was a sound technical wrestler, but generally I didn't care about his matches because of his lack of 'it' factor and charisma, you need to have both. Miz has one half but currently, not the other.
