If that list is legit, no Gambit, no Jill, and no Cammy=not happy.

Granted there are some characters in there I could go with instead. Why would you put the guy from DR2 in there over Frank West? Makes no damned sense.

Only reason I can think of for the new DR2 guy and not Frank West was to help promote Dead Rising 2 for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Frank West managed to be in Tatsunoko vs Capcom since he already was in a game on the Wii and Capcom probably wanted to use him to help boost the sales of the Dead Rising port that was sluggish. Even then he only appeared in the US and European version of TvC.
