Do you guys still not understand this list? It is a kayfabe list. This list is not based on actual ability, but more of how they have been used over the last year. Hence why someone like Samoa Joe would be listed after Drew McIntyre. Drew has been more prominently featured on tv more than Joe has. Same thing with the NXT guys. Had they not been featured on tv, they would be in the 300-400 range.
