Desmond Wolfe. Haven't been exposed to his ROH work (don't follow ROH), but I've loved what I've seen of him in TNA.

Also, I know this won't be the most popular of choices, but I'd love to see Mr. Kennedy get another run in the WWE...I'm a mark for his mic work.
