I love Xero's idea on focusing on talent and Haze's idea on having a union. These two ideas would be the best things to happen.

Actually, in the 1980's, Jesse Ventura came up the idea of having a union, until a certain stooge (Hulk Hogan) told Vince McMahon about it.
