That's very impressive you are quite the professional. Anyways, It's not an excuse, but I don't think anyone should really care that much. It will happen when it happens and it's supposed to be fun. I don't think the person who is putting this together wants to be nagged any more than they want to be delayed.

I find it quite a slog to get the show written as I lack the attention span to write it all in one sitting. I guess what I'm saying is, why have I bothered to get it in by deadline if there's no real need to?

I dunno. I think everyone wants to meet deadline, and is apologetic when missing it, but such is life.
There's no need to be a squeaky wheel about it either. Shit happens and it's only a forum game.
