Also, are you laying down the drum track after other things? Because it sounds like your singer doesn't know where he is and the guitar is sometimes very slightly off the beat. It shouldn't be an issue of mixing to stay on key or in time.
Yeah those were the two things that jumped out at me too.

Also, when singing try enunciating. Just a little.
