Don't forget Triple H and Kurt Angle. You might be right about the Savage thing, but I thought that he had already been established up to that point, because I thought he won that tournament after his title reign. I could be wrong though, unless they considered the tournament at Wrestlemania 4 a KOTR tournament as well as a title tournament.
