Tony Dungy went to the playoffs like 7 times before winning a superbowl. I just hate when people spew things they have heard from an alalyst or saw on NFL network without giving any explanation. You probably don't even know that Phillips is a good coordinater, you probably just took my word for it.

Nope. I actually know he's a good coordinator. And I never liked his hiring right when I heard the news. I actually posted it here back then. I know there's injuries n such , but look at Pittsburgh they have won 2 games with a backup and a 3rd stringer at QB. And they have beaten 2 better teams than who the Cowboys have lost to.

Romo still does the same mistakes so there's another problem. Weak O-line, they abandon the running game, and Phillips sucks (as a headcoach). Ultimatley someone's gotta take the blame at the end of the day. We'll see what happens though, hope they can turn it around.
