He's old school.
I don't know if this push is because of his talent, ring work, and the fact that he's better than 85% of the guys on the Raw roster or because WWE wants the book and DVD they publish to sell copies and be profitable. In all honesty, as much as I love Daniel Bryan, I wish they kept the U.S. title on Miz and had all the Golddust "You will be mine vignettes" be about Golddust's obsession with winning another title... that title being the U.S. which would be believable to most fans because while Golddust is good, he isn't main event. Miz has a great personality and charisma. Seeing him and even Reilly react to some of the stuff Goldie does would be awesome. Golddust could win just in time for his book and DVD to come out and be pushed... then he could drop it to Miz who could drop it Bryan. After what they did with Bryan on Monday it's not like WWE had big plans to give Daniel a legit push as champ anyways. Plus Teddy on the mic is boring as hell and I feel like this feud is going to involve a lot of promos and skits although it would be pretty cool if Ted Sr. came out and started down talking Golddust and he and Jr. started beating him down only to have Dusty make the save for his boy.... in polka dots.... ![]() |
