...For some reason, I liked the World War 3 Battle Royal with 3 rings and 60 guys...it was unique.

They could do a "one night" deal with a couple guys to round out the 60. Have everybody from the roster on both Smackdown and RAW participate, and round out the 60 with guys who come back for that event only.
