As someone who hasn't been a fan of the WWE for a long time, I am really liking the way this Nexus/Cena storyline is playing out. It's exactly the kind of base, focal point storyline that RAW has needed for a very long time. I just hope it lasts.

Also, did anybody get the feeling that after the Orton match they cut to the fans quickly and often to avoid any possibility of catching Orton yelling "Stupid! Stupid!" to Gabriel?

Only caught the second hour from the botched 450 on Orton to the end of the show. Barrett was amazing tonight. He's looking more and more like a legit star each week. I'm loving the way they've handled the Cena/Nexus stuff the last two weeks.

I am enjoying this Cena/ Barratt storyline, and I'm interested to see where it goes.

The only problem I have with it, is the rest of Nexus.

It started as Nexus - The 'Gang' Stable.

They wanted to make Cena a part of Nexus.

Cena loses to Barratt, becomes part of Nexus.

The rest of Nexus become the 'nWo Black & White Jobbers' (Seriously. Otunga, Gabriel, and Slater are looking like Horrace, Stevie Ray and Scott Norton right now)

Cena becomes Barratt's man slave.


Like I said, I'm not bashing the angle, and I'm enjoying and and curious to see where it goes. But it's just something that caught my eye.

I thought the Cena/Nexus stuff played out well. The segment with Truth was also good, as it sort of sets the seeds for the rest of the locker room turning on Cena, as opposed to Cena eventually turning on them. At this point, that might be the best way to turn Cena heel and leave the least amount of fanboys cheering for him.

Also, fuck you all, LayCool is incredible.

That was a really good RAW.

Good to see Punk on RAW. Hopefully he can get some meaningful storylines over there.

I was almost positive though that as Barrett had his back turned taunting Cena to hit him, that Orton was gonna sneak in and hit him with an RKO to close the show.
