The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight Rises implies it's NOT the final chapter to me. There seems to be a need for a fall after the rise. Or it implies he finally accepts his destiny, which again, suggests its just the beginning of a story to tell, which we know is coming to an end.

I thought they would include a title that suggested an final ending, or connoted some kind of realisation or statement, which I supposed 'Rises' can also do - I dunno, just doesn't seem like the best choice.

The Darkest Knight
Batman Rises
The Dawn (follows the Darkest/Dark Knight)
The Batman
Batters McBattersby

...These are just a few titles I thought of in like 15 seconds, and either one would do fine.
