Already got my main perk set up figured out, Scavenger, Warlord and Ninja. Of course if the Motion Sensor turns out to be completely retarded ala HBS, Ghost instead of Warlord.

The ACR and Barrett were made or didn't go into combat use until after the time period for the game. Same would be true of the p90 and a few other weapons from the Modern Warfare series.

I think Treyarch said the game is mostly Cold War era that could go up to the 1st Iraq War but no farther than that.

They were, actually. The first infrared scopes were around at the end of WWII. Wide use of them started during Vietnam.
