Another all-time favorite of mine has to be the roll of "Silver Dollars"(or quarters or 50-cent pieces). They're kind of like the old school analogue for the light tube, without the glass shards and breathable poison. They have the impact of brass knucks, explode like a gimmicked guitar, and the ref can never hear all that plinking or see the glimmering change on the canvas.

Realistically the most damaging is the sledgehammer, although it is never used realistically, I think they should do away with that gimmick upon his return.

My favorite foreign object is the chair, even though it's not a realistic weapon, I like the creative use of snapping somebody's ankle or neck by stomping on it.
