It's a sequential image viewer. Basically it displays comic book pages one page at a time on your screen. It reads cbr, cbt and cbz file extensions, which are the most common comic book file types on the internet. And really those are just rar and zip files with renamed file extensions.

Revised X-Men Chronology Project (basically every X-Men and X-Men related title from 1963 to 2006 in like 18 different torrents; fair warning, this is fucking huge and took me years to get through)
