Sort of surprised when considering he helped clean up the image of Miami U football after the problems with previous coaches and got a 4-year extension at the start of this year.

The inconsistency of the team's QBs and weird coaching moves hurt him more especially with how their last game ended badly for them. Also didn't help all the pre-season hype about the team returning to glory meant it was impossible for another rebuilding or developing year.

Wisconsin's gonna get raped in the BCS later on today. Ohio State's gonna jump to #5 supposedly and take the Rose Bowl spot, probably vs TCU which is what everyone at TCU wants.

NCAA clears Cam Newton to play in the SEC title game and if Auburn wins, most likely for the BCS title game.

The "WTF" part of the whole announcement is the NCAA basically said the pay for play allegations were true and half-punished Cam Newton's dad and agent by saying all they need to do is nothing and lie low (Cam's father) and verbally disassociate with the school (the agent). Auburn gets no penalty or violations either from the ruling.

If Auburn wins the BCS, will that make 5 or 6 straight years an SEC team has won it? I don't know why, but I think it'll be 6, but I've been wrong about this stuff before.

With the way ESPN and others hype up the SEC, you'd think they have always won the title or been in every title game but the SEC didn't get that automatic spot until 2006-2007 season.

Before that year, the SEC usually ended up beating each other up in records with just 2 appearances before Florida in 2007. Now you get the usual SEC vs Big 10/12 except for the Texas-USC game.

The SEC is overrated like a mother fucker. It is 9-10 average to above average teams that beat the hell out of each other with 1-2 dominant teams every year.

EDIT: I should have also added, that is what EVERY major conference is. Look at the Big 10 and Big XII (and now Pac 10 since USC got neutered) - a bunch of average teams beating each other up with 1-2 dominant teams.
