Yeah the story sets itself up way too well. Also why would a ghost reprogram the legend of zelda majoras mask

Why would a kid who knew so much about Majora's Mask and loves it so much buy a shitty copy at a yard sale?
Wouldn't he already have that shit? Or get it for 5 bucks anywhere else

The whole setup is interesting to read, but it's classic urban myth stuff. Almost feels Ring inspired.
