Personally, I think Minority Report is a tremendously underrated movie. I think it was a bit out of character for it's time though.
The trends in movies at the beginning of the decade don't match up with it. People seemed to be into a different tone kinda. Minority Report may have hit more in recent years.

I think it's close to, or every bit as good as Inception or Blade Runner. And I love Inception and Blade Runner.

Munich was meh, Minority Report and Catch Me if You Can were ok, but not great.

And Saving Private Ryan is one of my favourite movies ever.
