I'd have said the 2nd half if I hadn't recently watched him bump like a fucking trooper and manage to make Jim Duggan look like god from about 1993. He's just A+ across the board.

...It's tough to call ONE GUY "The Best Wrestler of All Time"...but I'd say HBK probably is the closest to being so.
