Right now I'm thinking Sheamus loses, enters the Rumble, and that's when we get the big HHH return. That way Sheamus doesn't lose too much momentum from his KOTR victory, and HHH gets an epic return.

Agreed. Let Miz/Morrison have the Rumble title match, then have Sheamus look dominant in the Rumble match until HHH returns. They eliminate each other to build for a Mania match while keeping both out of the title picture.
