No. And comparing him to Khali is fucking stupid.

Doesn't matter if Khali was shittier in the ring.(and the gap ain't very wide, folks) He was a main eventer, and a champion because of his sheer size, and presence.

Yea seriously. Kozlov is only slightly bigger than HHH and Cena. It's not like he's a sideshow attraction on his own.
Khali and Yokozuna are different stories.
