Yeah exactly something like that. The problem is we've come to the point where we view the IC belt as make or break for a superstar. They either get to it and go far, or they get the belt and never go anywhere.

to win that belt should almost guarantee that you are on for bigger and better things, IE, a World title shot....

those are three very, very legitimate names that have never won the IC belt.
