I've said it before and I'll say it again if Beiber plays Mania I'm done with WWE. I will not buy Mania I will not watch RAW and I will never again watch Smackdown!. I've put up with the PG crap and even at times defended it but Beiber is the final straw. I would rather have a cat being skinned alive screaming into a mic than listen to one second of Beiber and really it's not even that it's the fact that I just can't stand the idea of him being part of something that I enjoy. Basically if this happens TNA will have my full support (throws up in mouth a little bit).

You people seem to forget that the wwe is also a business. They are not only there to entertain fans, but they're also there to make money. If you were in the position, you would do the same. If you say "no I wouldn't, I'd get someone else." Then you're a dumbass and a hypocrite.

And they don't make any money if they don't have an audience, which they generally get by entertaining.

61% of their total audience are male, and 67% are ages 18-49. I have no info for the Bieber fan demographic, but I'd assume it is younger girls. Bieber doing a 3 minute spot at Wrestlemania, a $60 pro-wrestling PPV, is not going to attract 12 - 18 year old girls. So, no.. I wouldn't hire him at all.

Personally, I don't give a shit if he performs or not. I order WrestleMania for Wrestling and skip the performances.

I have the same attitude about it really. Wrestling fans are going to buy WrestleMania for the wrestling, regardless of who performs.

That's why I don't understand why people are complaining about it and saying stuff like "I'll never watch wwe again!" It's stupid.

I too do not have Bieber statistics... but if WWE is pursuing him this hard then they obviously see a monetary value in doing so. Otherwise they wouldn't try to attract them. They've always tried to bring in the "biggest stars" of that time period.... and right now like it or not Bieber is a huge star.

In general -- It doesn't bother me if he's there. If 2-3 minutes of Bieber ruins someone's 3-4 hour wrestling event, they should get their priorities straight

Your average person already thinks that wrestling is stupid. Hell most of my friends think I'm an idiot for watching it, but can you imagine what they'll think if Justin Beiber becomes associated with it? I can handle the "Oh it's fake." and "Two guys in underwear is gay." but watching something associated with Beiber is where I draw the line. Yes it's a 5 minute segment, and yes you could ignore it, but in the end it's going to probably get more press than the rest of Mania combined. Somthing like this can only serve to alienate fans. Justin Beiber is popular with tween girls and their parents, and how many tween girls watch professional wrestling? My younger brother and every one of his friends absolutly hate Beiber and at 12 I'd say he's in WWE's 'target demografic'. So if that is indeed the case then it is not a good business move.
