Amazon will handle it if you ask them to. What he has done is definitely libel. If you were fully upfront with your description of the item he has no right to defame your selling profile in this way.

You also said you feel you are losing revenue because of his negative and incorrect review of your services. That's libel with damages. You could sue him.

I would contact Amazon Marketplace about this as soon as possible. If the buyer doesn't change his review and if they can't do anything I would seriously think about talking to a lawyer.
