Camara has handed in a transfer request But it's been rejected He said something to the effect of he really doesn't want to leave but playing in Div 1 will wreck his international career. Fuck that, he should stay and help us get back up then, there's no major tournaments Senegal will be involved in (oh wait, World Cup qualifiers ). If he stays, I'm almost certain we'll come straight back. If he goes...well, Cort and Miller could still prove to be a very good partnership. We'll have to see.

Walter Samuel has signed for Real Madrid for roughly £15m...*exactly* what they needed, if they can find another half decent centre back they will be extremely dangerous next year (personally I don't think Helguera is too bad but he'd be better playing as the midfield anchorman ahead of Cambiasso who is way too inexperienced at the moment)
