Game Killing Glitches

Was like halfway through KotoR 1 once when it auto-saved before a cutscene where I talked to a guy.. and midway through his conversation the game would just lock up. No matter what. Every single fucking time. Didn't matter what speech options I chose or anything, and it would force me into the conversation every time I loaded.

The stupid autosave saved over my main save too so I pretty much had to start the damn game over.
