There are only two instances where I can remember TNA references on WWE TV. Joey Styles at the first One Night Stand (which was obviously his own doing) and another one of the commentators (I think Striker) once made a veiled reference to TNA (which, again, was more than likely Striker's own doing). I don't even remember the latter one, I just remember it did happen.
Off the top of my head with TNA: This promo, VKM, talking about "those guys in New York" or whatever the fuck the flavor of the month term is, feuding over WWE hall of fame rings...
I'll say this: The 3-3-11 promo, in and of itself, could have gotten a pass and a laugh from me and I'm sure others if they didn't always make WWE a part of their storylines. But it's such a common occurrence that there is absolutely no excuse for them doing something like this anymore.

i'm not saying that TNA don't reference the WWE alot, because they do and i almost facepalm every time that they do, but as far as the WWE are concerned I'm talking about things like, taking superstars off the alumni page when they sign with TNA, taking stars out of the opening sequence when they sign with TNA (hulk hogan and Ric Flair as an example), banning knife edge chops so the crowd doesn't say "woooh" referencing a star from another company, Bret Hart as the guest host on the night that TNA has their big monday night debut with hulk hogan, and of course most recently the wwe sign Booker-T and Kevin Nash a couple of days before TNA want them back as part of their big 'they v2' storyline.
now you might put some or even all of them down to coincidence, but i really doubt it.
