He'll be the first "natural born" Mexican to become WH Champion. Rey is Mexican American.

Del Rio came from MMA to wrestling, so he probably has a swagger about him backstage, that Vince likes and he's confident that he can represent the company well in the years to come.

Plus he's only gonna get better. There's just an aura about Del Rio.
