An active e-federation.

Actually, this is what I would consider E-Wrestling Season right now. People are beginning to find more freetime in their lives, and have time to join a fed. Maybe you should try restarting RAW (I really do want to try out my "Ric O'Shea character...I have some good ideas for him).
