Has anyone been getting a brief pause at the start of each fight after the latest update? These last couple of days after the first 4 or 5 seconds of any fight, the game freezes for a second or two and then continues.

I'm playing from the hard drive, which I think may be the problem. Anyone else getting this, though?

I'm still getting neg rep on Live for being too aggressive. It still baffles me how I can be "too aggressive" in a fighting game.

lol yeah, I noticed my rep % dropped after I was playing SF4 online a lot for being too aggressive.

I don't play ranked as much, I would certainly be a much higher rank had I continued (if my rank percentage is any indication). I think I'm on a streak last I played. But with the game being out of reach mostly and now my Live is silver, won't be on ranked for a while.

Even when I return I play offline and player matches more often anyway, same as SSF4 - which I think we'll all have a good reason to return to late summer.
