because instead of throwing a spear he will shoulder ram in on you...which makes for a nice pain in the ass.
im actually pretty good good with kung lao, could prolly beat melinna with him...forgot his tele-throw worked on shao kahn.

lol meat wasnt an actual character. And at least Dhramin had more relevance to the story than mavado did... not to mention decent special moves

Hsu Hao, Darrius, Dairou, hotaru, movado, ashra, li mei, cobra, and kira were all horrible

Stuck on 185 on challenge tower ...stupid Goro.
For the Ladder I've Beat it with Johnny,Baraka and Melina on Medium. I really like Johnny's ending.
Overall I'm happy with the game. It's what I thought it would be and I really can't wait to see what happens on the next game with the story. I want to see Scorpion and Ermac get mad love in the next one.

1st multiplayer and balance patch for the game is going to address the problems Xbox 360 users have been getting with the 1v1 and King of the Hill modes for both offline and online play.
PS3 users will be getting the same patch even though the studio doesn't have much playing info from them due to PSN being down.
The patch should be arriving within the next 2 weeks.

FINALLY beat the story last night. Boon got this game right, but he gotta pull his head out of his ass and not make Shao Khan damn near invicible in every single game. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was poised to throw a controller through the TV?
Got little more than half of the crypt unlocked and did a couple ladders. I'll probably start the challenge tower. This should hold me over until L.A. Noire hits the streets.

Figured out the best way to beat Shao Khan and the other bosses is just jump over them and start punching. They'll try to hit you and if you time it right you can jump over and hit them in the back.

Story mode is pretty long, which is different for a fighting game so its kinda cool. I have it at beginner but still struggle sometimes. Smoke is the biz so far for me

How about Kreate a Fighter for the next one. And Kreate a Fatality. Not like the shit in Armageddon but one where you create a gruesome standard Fatality and your own button kode to pull it off.
