They call it an "accident", but that's like shooting a arrow into the air and trying to catch it with your bare hands. No good can come of it.

I know Boogs hurt his shoulder during the fight with Carkner, so I'm guessing he was taking them for that, plus reports are, he was addicted. So many unanswered questions.
