Not sure if it's what they're talking about specifically but I thought I'd lost the ability to download a game since I clicked one of the redeem buttons and then backed out and when I went back, I only had the option to download my 2nd choice. All you have to do though is go to account management > transaction management > services list > PSN Promotions > Playstation3 Free Games and you're slots are there. Same goes for any Brits having trouble with the Welcome Back pack links not working in the store
