When this jersey was introduced Mike Keenan was still the head coach of the St. Louis Blues and refused to allow his team to wear them. Apparently to the point of stating his team would not go on the ice with them on, and they were never worn.

So its the worst jersey (never worn) in history, ever and forever, ever
